What kind of service do you provide?
We offer a number of services
– Airport transfers to either Don Mueang or Suvarnabhumi airports
– Individual days tours from Hua Hin to various locations including Bangkok
-Inter city transfers to popular destinations. If your city of interest is not listed please contact us

To make a booking you can either contact us by phone, on social media or use our online booking system which is the method of choice
We will send confirmation of your booking within hours of your request
What does the price include?
All our prices are fully inclusive of vehicle hire, insurance, chaufeur, toll ways, taxes and service charges. You are not required to pay any additional fees
Certain day tours may incur fuel surcharges depending on distance and time. You will be notified of any such charges
Do you provide child seats?
Yes we can provide chils seats and you should notify us during the booking process. We do charge 200.-THB./one way ( for 9-18 kg ).
Is this a door to door service?
Yes this is a door to door service. Please ensure that there is adequate parking facilities if your driver needs to wait for you
Are your rates per car or per person?
We charge based on the vehicle not the number of passengers
Do you provide service at a late hour?
Our service is provided 24 hours per day. Late bookings are not a problem
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes our drivers speak basic English as a minimum.
What is your cancellation policy?
As we do not require or request deposits or advance payment you are free to cancel your reservation
However we do request that you give at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or change in travel plans
Do you provide a shared service?
We do not share our service. However feel free to share the trip with another individual if you so desire
Am I guaranteed the car I book?
It is not always possible to provide the car that you have booked.
In such cases we will upgrade the vehicle free of charge

Do you provide service to locations other than Hua Hin & Bangkok?
Yes of course we do. If your location or destination is not listed please contact us
Do you offer discounts for round trips?
Yes we offer a 5% discount on return journeys. The price is automatically calculated when you make a reservation online
How long in advance should I book?
Entirely up to you. However we do recommend that you try and book 24 hours in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements and in particular during public holidays
Where and how do I meet my driver?
Once your booking confirmed you will be provided with clear instructions
If your driver is meeting you at the airport he will be waiting at the alloted meeting point and be holding a sign
If you are traveling from the hotel or condominium our driver will meet you at the lobby and also notify reception
If your pickup is from a gated compound, or private address please make sure to provide us with your building number and our driver will meet you in front of the house.
What is the average journey time between Bangkok and Hua Hin?
This all depends on traffic conditions and may vary between 4-6 hours
During public holidays or rush hour traffic you should add an additional hour to the journey time
