Fuel and expressway tolls are included in every price.
No deposit – pay the driver in cash or by bank transfer.
Flight delays cost nothing extra – we follow your flight.
Golf bags are welcome – tell us how many when you book so we send the right car.
Baby car seat (1–3 years) available for 200 THB extra.
To cancel or change a trip, please tell us at least 1 day before.
A sudden cancellation or change after the car has arrived costs 300–500 THB.
Public holidays (20 December – 10 January, Chinese New Year, Songkran and other festivals) add 300–500 THB.

Hotel pick-up anywhere in Hua Hin, Cha-am, Pranburi or Khao Takiab – give us the hotel name or a map pin.
Flying out of Bangkok? Allow about 3–3.5 hours to Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang and be at the airport 3 hours before an international flight.
Islands (Koh Tao, Samui, Phangan, Samet, Chang): we drive you to the pier; book the boat for at least 45 minutes after your expected arrival.
Long trips (north, Isan, deep south) take a full day – leave early; toilet and food stops are free.
Friday evenings and holidays the road to Bangkok is slow – add 30–60 minutes.
