How the private pickup works

  • Send your flight number when you book. The driver follows the real landing time, so delays cost nothing extra.
  • After customs, walk out to the public arrivals hall (level 2). Your driver waits with a sign showing your name.
  • The car is parked a short walk away. Toilets, SIM cards and ATMs are in arrivals before you leave.
  • The drive goes via the outer ring road and Rama II, then Phetkasem Road through Phetchaburi and Cha-am.

Which vehicle do you need?

Two people with two suitcases fit a sedan. Families with four bags or golf clubs should take an SUV, and groups of up to ten travel in a VIP van. All prices are per car, not per person: from ฿1,600 for a sedan taxi up to the Alphard for the most comfort after a long-haul flight.

Arriving late at night

Many long-haul flights land between midnight and 6 am. Buses and trains don't run then, so the choice is a taxi or a night at an airport hotel. A pre-booked car gets you to Hua Hin around sunrise with no queue.

Going back to the airport

For departures, leave Hua Hin about 5–6 hours before an international flight to allow for traffic and check-in. Book the Hua Hin to Suvarnabhumi Airport transfer with your flight time and we plan the pickup.
